Chew the Fat Recipes

Ingredients – for 2 servings

1/2 cup grated cheese
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Filling Ideas: Bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, avocado, ham, salmon and cream cheese, burger patty, pulled pork or beef, cream & cinnamon with berries.
Top with: poached eggs and bacon, creamy mushrooms, salad and prawns, mince, butter and SF maple syrup
Use as: a pizza base, toast, omelette, tacos, sandwich, burger buns

*You will need a waffle machine to cook your Chaffle’s.


Pre heat waffle machine, and then drop enough of the egg mixture onto the bottom plate and spread it around.
Cook until browned and fluffy.
Top, fill or use with your favourite toppings and additions.
